    These are just 4 days Diet? What about the Other 86 days?
    What about other Daily Activities like Walking? Morning tea etc?

      The Rina diet is based on the dissociated food, meaning that in one day you can eat only one type of foods. So, in day 1 you will consume only proteins, in day 2 only starch (vegetables), in day 3 only carbs and in day 4 only fruits. After these 4 days you will start it again: in day 5 the diet from day 1, in day 6 the diet from day 2 and so one, till you will achieve 90 days.
      BUT, do not forget:
      1. during the 90 days diet you have to consume each day for breakfast only fruits,
      2. in day 29 you have to consume only water,
      3. in order for the diet to be a success respect the order of the days,
      5. drink plenty of water or tea with no sugar,
      6. respect the number of meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner and some snacks between).

      If you combine the Rina diet with some sports and a hunger suppressant like Kou Tea even better, you will have the desired results even faster and easier.       What is very important in this diet is not to mix the type of foods (carbs with proteins) and to respect the order of the days and the type of foods.

    today is my 15th day on this diet and i love it. I lost almost 14lbs so far. I know someone asked about the portion size and i was able to find the information. You are allowed 200-250 g protein, 150 g of rice, beans, pasta, etc, 150 g of sweets on your carb day for dinner. “listen” to your stomach and you know when you’re full so even if you served yourself the allowed portion, stop when you are full. What i do is instead of maxing on the allowed quantity, i serve myself less and pile up on vegetables. Good luck everyone.

    Hello,

    I noticed on another site a bit more detail in terms of the quantity of food that we should eat and it sounds like very little food for one day. Is it safe to eat so few calories?

    Also, for the snacks can we have fruits? or perhaps on protein day can we have a boiled egg as a snack and a piece of cheese as another snack n top of chicken as my main meal for lunch and dinner?

    Are there any sauces, spices allowed? Can I make use a soya sauce with chicken and vegetables on protein day to make a stir fry?

    Is there any other website or blog where I can get recipes related to this diet?

    When the diet is over and I’ve achieved my goal of losing the weight how do I maintain it off? This is the biggest problem with diets…that once you finish it you gain it all back… and I don’t want that to happen to me. Any suggestions?

    One more thing…does this diet work for a diabetic person? The fruits contain sugar and pasta is not good either…Any suggestions on how this diet can be modified for someone diabetic to do it?

    I read that this Rina diet could change your metabolism and help you avoid the yo-yo effect, if followed for 3 months, but does not have the same result if stopped earlier.

    I am working night shift from 8pm to 8am and I am struggling with the time I should eat each meals. I usually have breakfast at 5am and go to bed around 9am. but I am guessing the order of meals is totally different. Do you have any advice?
    I also have a question regarding the food group. Is it possible for example on protein day to combine eggs with cheese or does it have to be only one kind of protein for each meals?

      Indeed, it’s more hard for you due to the difficult program, but this doesn’t stop you to have the same meals as normal (breakfast, lunch dinner). The only difference will be that you will eat at differenthours.
      Also, to help you not to eat so much (because of the late hours) you should take Kou Tea ( a natural tea that helps you to burn fat and to control the hunger).

    Hello…I didnt read the whole diet nor did I read the comments in full. My question is this diet seems to be completely opposite of any diet that a diebetic specialist would recommend. I am a type 2 diabetic but must shed quite a few pounds. Im wondering if this is safe for me. Im also on metphormen and 2 types of insulin. Im afraid my blood sugar will get tooooo low or spike dangerously. Anxiously awaiting a reply.
