Beet Root – 1 small (around 80g)
Carrots – 4 medium (around 250gr)

Collard greens – 2 leaves
Kale -1 cup
Spinach – 1 cup
Cucumber – 1/2 medium
Ginger root – 1 inch fresh, peeled
Lemon – 1/2 medium, peeled

Collard Cooler


Collard greens – 2 leaves
Apples – 2 and 1/2 medium
Cucumber – 1/2 medium
Celery – 2 stalks
Lemon – 1/2 medium, peeled
Lime – 1/2 medium, peeled

How To Prepare Those Heathy Juices For Weight Loss

Cut all ingredients in small pieces and add them in your blender jar or blender. Keep blending till you get a consistent mix.
