      Regarding the frequency…taking into account that it is an diet for emergency cases, it is not recommended to repeat the diet very soon after you have finished those 3 or 4 days.

      1. 100 gr banana has 89 calories, so you can eat up to 600 calories per day coming from the bananas (the rest of 300 will come from the milk). This means that you can eat approximate 200 gr of banana per meal. Will be easier for you to weight the bananas in order to achieve this weight. The idea is to eat daily no more than 900 or 1000 calories.

      2. If you want to lose weight faster and easier instead of Lipton tea, I recommend that you drink daily a natural tea that will help you also to burn fat, the Kou Tea. This way you could lose easily up to an additional 20 pounds a month.

      2. Daily exercise and walk/ spot is very good for our body and health and it is recommended, but in this case please take into account that the number of calories consumed daily is very low (under 1000 calories per day) and you should take it slowly during these 4 days of diet and don’t force it (exercises with a low degree of difficulty).
      3. Due to the fact that we will consume less than 1000 calories daily, you might feel weak. If you don’t feel strong enough you can add to your banana and fat-free milk diet, daily one meal with vegetables and grill meat (chicken or fish). Even if you will add some calories, you will still consume less than normal and you will continue to lose weight.

  17. I tried banana diet… I wake up at 11 and have a cup of tea without sugar… at 1 I start my day with 2 bananas and a glass of milk and so far lunch and dinner.. though my timings are off bt I complete my 3 meals of banana and milk with 2 cups of tea and green tea.

But, after each diet you have to take care of you, meaning that you can not eat everything that you want. You can not eat daily chocolate, bread, pasta etc and consider that you will not gain weight. If don’t take good care of us, with the time will be very difficult to maintain our weight and even to lose weight.

      Indeed, 68 kilos for an 16 years yang girl is a little too much. BUT, I don’t know your weight, maybe it’s not too much your weight if you are a tall yang girl.
      Regarding the diet, you can try it with yoghurt, but be careful to be fat free or low fat. The point is to calculate the calories and to have 1000 per day (a normal banana has 100 calories).
      After this week, if you steel want to lose eight, I recommend you other way, due to your yang age.
