      The diet is very simple, one cup of milk with 2 or 3 bananas (preferable 2), three times per day, so in total per day we have 6 bananas (or 9) and 3 cups of milk.

      Regarding the frequency…taking into account that it is an diet for emergency cases, it is not recommended to repeat the diet very soon after you have finished those 3 or 4 days.

Even if you will add one meal to your diet, you will still lose weight. To answer to your question regarding the apple, personally I do not recommend you to eat apple during the diet. As I said, if you feel week you can add one meal with vegetables and grill meat and you will add some proteins, vitamins, etc to your diet. If you chose to eat apples, you will add 58 calories per 100 gr, and in the end you will not feel better or have the feeling of fullness.

      You can manage the diet as you please, but you have to take into consideration 2 things:
      1. 100 gr banana has 89 calories, so you can eat up to 600 calories per day coming from the bananas (the rest of 300 will come from the milk). This means that you can eat approximate 200 gr of banana per meal. Will be easier for you to weight the bananas in order to achieve this weight. The idea is to eat daily no more than 900 or 1000 calories.

      2. If you want to lose weight faster and easier instead of Lipton tea, I recommend that you drink daily a natural tea that will help you also to burn fat, the Kou Tea. This way you could lose easily up to an additional 20 pounds a month.

      1. During the Banana and Milk diet (and not only) you have to drink plenty of water, hydration is very important for body and health. Also, you can consume coffee, but without sugar.
      2. Daily exercise and walk/ spot is very good for our body and health and it is recommended, but in this case please take into account that the number of calories consumed daily is very low (under 1000 calories per day) and you should take it slowly during these 4 days of diet and don’t force it (exercises with a low degree of difficulty).
      3. Due to the fact that we will consume less than 1000 calories daily, you might feel weak. If you don’t feel strong enough you can add to your banana and fat-free milk diet, daily one meal with vegetables and grill meat (chicken or fish). Even if you will add some calories, you will still consume less than normal and you will continue to lose weight.

      Also, please take a look on Grape Diet and maybe this will be more suitable for you. Grape diet is also a diet who will help you to lose weigh very fast but is a little more permissive and with more foods allowed and combined with Phen 375 or Kou Tea you will lose weight with minimum effort.

  17. I tried banana diet… I wake up at 11 and have a cup of tea without sugar… at 1 I start my day with 2 bananas and a glass of milk and so far lunch and dinner.. though my timings are off bt I complete my 3 meals of banana and milk with 2 cups of tea and green tea.
    But I dint loss any weight. Weight machine is showing 1-3lbs less or no change. .
    What’s can be the issue –???
    I m really dishearted tht what I m nt loosing weight. . Thought I’m continuing to 4 days…bt I am very much disappointed

      First of all you have to have patience and wait to lose weight in 3 or 4 days and not after the first day. I know that it is difficult and all of us want results immediately, but our body needs time to react. Also, each diet respond different from one person to another depend on the metabolism. Another reason why you do not lose weight, beside the fact that you took the diet only 1 day and beside the metabolism, can be the fact that you took recently another diet. If you had recently another diet your body it’s used with this kind of effort and it is not pushed to fight and lose weight. This is why this diet it is recommended as a “emergency” plan when we need to go to an event and the dress doesn’t fits you.
